Looking to reduce complexity in your systems and suppliers? Consider Aberdeen Dynamics for your fabrication and weldment needs. We deliver more than hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical motion-control technologies — we can also assist you with your mechanical design. From bracketry to custom skids, we can provide anything from components to subassemblies to turnkey solutions. When you need system design, analysis, and vertical integration, the team at Aberdeen Dynamics is your one-stop-shop for value-added services.

For equipment in the field, downtime is costly. That’s why we’re here to get you up and running fast, starting with commissioning your new systems. Our technicians and engineers can be on-site to start your system and fine-tune your electronics as your schedule demands. For ongoing and predictive maintenance, we can design your system to remotely monitor fluid cleanliness in real-time. We can also provide regular on-site visits to change filters, monitor cleanliness, record performance, and more. Our specialists can optimize hose routing to reduce cost and complexity, simplify installation, and eliminate leak points in mobile and industrial applications. When breakdowns happen, call on our team. With our extensive inventory of motion and control components, we can quickly meet your needs. Our experts can also provide on-location training for your maintenance personnel on servicing your hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems.

Reduce leak points, assembly time, and space by consolidating multiple hydraulic functions into a custom-designed manifold designed by Aberdeen Dynamics and precision-machined by Valtec CNC, a division of Aberdeen. Valtec’s advanced machining capabilities include the ability to turn parts using an Okuma 5-axis mill. With our in house machining, on-staff engineers, and extensive stock, we can swiftly produce prototypes to meet your requirements.

We can blast or paint components and assemblies, no matter how big or small. Our two separate, massive paint and blasting booths (20’x20’x53’) are temperature- and humidity-controlled providing ample space to paint skids as large as a semi trailer. Additionally, we have two five-ton overhead cranes to confidently handle painting or blasting huge projects. These on-site facilities and our vertical integration reduce lead times. We shoot 48 high-performance finishes including zinc-based primer, intermediate primer, and three-part epoxy topcoat and clear coat, all proven to withstand harsh conditions found in oil and gas, marine, and arctic applications. We can precisely match film thickness to within .0001% tolerance.

No one knows hydraulic hose, fittings, and tubing better than the trusted experts at Aberdeen Dynamics. On our manufacturing campus, 55,000 sq. ft. is devoted to hose assembly production alone. We carry Parker Hannifin’s industry-leading full line of hose and fittings, including hose assemblies 1/4″-12,” and stock an extensive inventory of imperial and metric hydraulic fittings. Every hose assembly is cleaned, capped, and tagged for quality assurance. If you need tubing, we carry 1/8”-2” (outside diameter) in SS, CS, and zinc-plated, with all tubes cleaned and identification tags applied. For specific or precise specifications, our engineers can design to meet your needs.

When the most cost-effective solution is to remanufacture, repair, or recertify the components you already have, choose someone who will do the job right. Our factory-certified technicians can expertly repair your hydraulic components and test them to manufacturers’ specifications. We repair valves, pumps, motors, cylinders, heat exchangers, and winches from all major manufacturers, and we offer optional in-house three-part epoxy paint to ensure they perform and look like new. Our exceptional quality carries a one-year warranty on remanufactured components.

Aberdeen Dynamics’ testing techniques simulate actual field conditions to make certain your products work from day one. From hose-burst tests up to 20,000 PSI to thermal testing from -50°F to +140°F, our testing capabilities have you covered. We hydrotest our frac hose assemblies for leak-proof performance. We are certified to exceed UL, NEMA, IECEx, ISO, ANSI and other global standards. Our division, Valtec CNC, holds the following zone certifications: Department of Defense ITAR certified for classified defense projects, SAE AS9000 (now AS9100) certified for aerospace systems, and IP certified 6K9K (the highest level of ingress protection against dust and water.)

Rely on our advanced hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical engineering expertise to reduce downtime, boost safety, and improve efficiency in your systems. From design to prototype to production, we serve as a collaborative extension of your engineering team. Our engineers have nearly 300 years of combined experience backed with advanced degrees and certifications in P.E., fluid power, and Six Sigma. This depth of expertise gives our team the confidence and know-how to tackle projects that others in our industry won’t even touch.

Simplify your supply chain and reduce production time with custom-designed subassemblies from the leader in motion-control solutions. We design innovative subassemblies that combine hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical components to deliver the right force to the right place at the right time. To improve your efficiency, cut down on manpower, and streamline assembly complexity, take advantage of our kitting services. Each kit is tailored to your production line’s requirements and carefully packed for accuracy, including special packaging, marking, and barcodes. To save time and avoid delays, depend on Aberdeen Dynamics to replenish your line-side inventory.
