If you’re looking for ways to reduce complexity in your systems and number of suppliers, consider Aberdeen Dynamics for your fabrication and weldment needs. We deliver more than motion and control technologies (hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-mechanical) — we can also help you with your mechanical design. From bracketry to custom skids, large or small, we can provide anything from component-level items to subassemblies to turnkey solutions.Need to meet a certain paint specification? No worries. Our onsite state-of-the-art paint and blast facility allows us to meet your exact requirements. When the need arises for custom fabrication, weldments and vertical integration, the team at Aberdeen Dynamics is your one-stop-shop.

We know downtime is costly. That’s why we’re here to get you up and running fast — starting with commissioning your new systems. Our technicians and engineers can be on-site to start your system and fine-tune your electronics as your schedule demands. For ongoing and predictive maintenance, we can design your system to remotely monitor fluid cleanliness in real-time. We can also provide regular on-site visits to change filters, monitor cleanliness, record performance and more. Our specialists can help you optimize hose routing to reduce cost and complexity, simplify installation, and eliminate leak points on mobile and industrial applications.
When breakdowns happen, call on our team. With our extensive inventory of motion and control components, we can support your needs quickly. Our experts can also train your maintenance or operation personnel on various hydraulic, pneumatic and electro-mechanical systems on location.

Reduce leak points, assembly time and space by combining many hydraulic functions into a custom-designed manifold — precision machined by Aberdeen Dynamics. Our advanced machining capabilities include the ability to turn parts with an Okuma 5-axis lathe. Our on-staff engineers, in-house machining and extensive stock can produce rapid prototypes to meet your needs.

One look at our painted components and assemblies — big or small — and you’ll see our quality. Our two massive paint and blasting booths (20’x20’x53′) deliver enough capacity for the largest skids or a standard semi-trailer. Two, five-ton overhead cranes mean we can paint or blast huge projects with confidence. These on-site facilities and vertical integration reduce lead times.
Today, we shoot 48 high-performance finishes including zinc-based primer, intermediate primer, three-part epoxy topcoat and clear coat, each proven to stand up in demanding conditions including oil and gas applications. We can also match the film thickness to your specifications.

No one knows hose, fittings and tubing better than the trusted experts at Aberdeen Dynamics. In fact, 55,000 square feet of our modern campus is devoted to hose assembly production alone.
We are proud to represent Parker’s industry-leading, full line of hose and fittings. We offer hose assemblies from 1/4″-10″ and stock an extensive inventory of imperial and metric hydraulic fittings to meet your needs. Every hose assembly is cleaned via projectiles, capped and tagged for quality assurance.
We are your tubing headquarters with selections from 1/4″-2″ in SS, CS and zinc plated. We can work with your engineering department or our own on-staff engineers to design solutions according to your specifications. All our tubes are cleaned, pressure tested and uniquely barcoded before shipment or installation.

When the most cost-effective solution is to remanufacture, repair or recertify the components you already have, choose someone who can do the job right. Our factory-certified technicians can expertly repair your hydraulic components and test to manufacturers’ specifications. We repair any and all major manufacturers’ valves, pumps, motors, cylinders, heat exchangers, OHLA and winches, and offer optional, in-house three-part epoxy paint to ensure they perform and look like new. Our exceptional quality means we’re proud to provide a one-year warranty on remanufactured components.

Getting it right is how we do business at Aberdeen Dynamics. That’s why we test our systems to ensure they meet your specifications. Our customer and internal-specified testing techniques simulate actual field conditions to make certain your products work from day one.
From hose-burst tests up to 20,000 PSI to thermal testing from -50°F to +140°F, our testing capabilities have you covered. And we hydrotest our frac hose assemblies for leak-proof performance. Our testing capabilities are also available for our customers and suppliers to test their products.

Lean on our advanced hydraulic, pneumatic and electro-mechanical engineering expertise to reduce downtime while increasing safety and efficiency in your systems. From concept and design to prototype and production, we’re here for you as a collaborative extension of your engineering team. With decades of supporting diverse applications worldwide, we understand domestic and international specifications, and keep you on the leading edge of industry knowledge. Moreover, you’ll receive communication throughout the entire project to ensure your expectations are met.

Simplify your supply chain and reduce production time with custom-designed subassemblies from the leader in motion and control solutions. We work with the very best names in the business to bring you innovative ideas that fuel your success. And to improve your efficiency and cut down on manpower and assembly complexity, take advantage of our kitting services. Each kit is designed according to the needs of your production line and carefully packaged for accuracy. Special packaging, marking and bar codes are available. You can also save time and avoid delays by allowing Aberdeen Dynamics to replenish your line-side inventory.
